This is the inspiration for the last work Tom Göbels designed to compete at Changshu cup contest. A competition organized by Changshu city and held in Beijing 798 district.
There were twenty-eight finalists, among them he was the only European; and he won the third prize.
The collection is for men and women. Clothes cuts are simple and straight; garments are black and white, and in wool and silk fabrics. One feature is the felt fabric printed like a grid in red color. The same support on which students place paper and train themselves to learn calligraphy.
